I Called Early this morning and I was super nervous because I didn’t know what to expect.
He was super nice and eased my nerves.
I came in and stay down started my paper work and took a tour of each home they had.
I had several questions which were answered with a direct answer.I fell in love with “Amelia” it’s a perfect fit for me and my family. I’m very eager to start the process. I can’t wait to buy my home.

American modular homes is GREAT! Modular Matt really knows what he is talking about. He is very knowledgeable and responsive. He has answered many questions and helped me feel comfortable with the whole buying process. I'm very excited to take the next steps to owning my second home, and thankful to be working with someone as great as Matt. Madison is always helpful and pleasant either on the phone or in person. I couldn't ask for better people to help me on this journey!
