P.s. I traveled an hour and a piece to see this guy because my better half stopped in to see him on a drive by asked if he could email me some floor plans. He stopped what he was doing right then and did so.. I traveled the next weekend to look at the homes he has on the lot. In less than a month our new home was ordered.
